Linda Roberts & Associates fosters training, support and continuing education for our dietitians consulting in long term care.

• Upon hire dietitians are oriented to long term care regulations, LRA forms and LRA manuals.  Before placement in the field new dietitians are trained and mentored by our experienced staff of consultant dietitians.
   
• A significant benefit of being a member of LRA's staff is networking with our team of dietitians.  Our depth of experience in clinical, operations, sanitation, renal dialysis, etc. ensures there will always be a dietitian available to answer your question or make a site visit with you to solve any problem.
  
  
• Regular staff meetings and in-services are held throughout the year.  LRA provides adequate CEUs to meet CDR, Illinois licensure and FSSMC continuing education requirements.  Education topics include MNT in Dialysis, Sanitation Certificates, enteral feeding reimbursement, Nuances of LTC Consulting, MNT for Pressure Ulcers, vendor updates on such products as enteral feedings, supplements, food products and computer software.
